Springs

The various shapes and properties of the products, from compression springs, which are the most common type of spring, to wire bending parts, which no longer even resemble a spring in the classic sense, all have something in common. They are all components that can deform elastically. They are force-storing and force-releasing components that absorb forces in a controlled manner when actuated or installed, or release them again when the load is removed. The main tasks of springs are holding, clamping, connecting, closing, pushing out or resetting. The names of springs are therefore usually based on their appearance, e.g. spring clips, shaped springs, spring clips, flat springs, retaining springs, these are also just a few examples. They are basically manufactured by forming through stamping, punch bending, coiling, winding and deep drawing. The main materials used are spring steel sheet, spring strip steel and spring steel wire.
